I have data from a kind of imbalanced crossover design. For the first 3 months half the sample gets treatment and the other half gets nothing. After, the control group gets the treatment for 3 months. This gives me 6 points, one per month.

Are there some examples of using growth curves for this kind of design? The control group has data for all 6 points, but the treatment group has it for only 3.

I don't know how one would look at the data together. You could analyze the first three time points for both treatment and control and the six time points for control only where they act as their own control.
