Hi,

I have a zero-inflated data set which I am attempting to fit to a LCGA.

What is the process for dealing with zero inflation in this case? I assume it concerns classes and knownclass to separate the zero-data from the non-zero, but how would it be implemented?

Thanks.

No, the analysis does this separation for you.
