Dear Linda & Bengt, I am searching for some good literature on GMM with a binary outcome. Is there any theoretical work existent that explains underlying assumptions of the model and/ or could you recommend some studies analyzing data with a binary outcome in GMM? I would be very thankful for a short reply. Yours sincerely, Corinna |
