Hi,

This is my model

MODEL:

I s| y0@-0.1 y1@0
y2@0.1 y3@0.2 y4@0.3 y5@0.4 y6@0.5
y7@0.6 y8@0.7 y9@0.8 y10@0.9 y11@0.10 y12@0.11
y13@0.12
y14@0.13 y15@0.14 y16@0.15 y17@0.16
y18@0.17 y19@0.18
y20@0.19 y21@0.20 y22@0.21
y23@0.22 y24@0.23 y25@0.24 y26@0.25 y27@0.26 y28@0.27
y29@0.28 ;

I want to modify it to allow for residual covariances to be non zero because right now I am not getting a model fit. How do you specify that in the model?

Thanks

Try adding residual covariances. You can do them pairwise using

y0-y28 PWITH y1-y29;

Also, having perfect linear growth over that long of a time span is often not realistic.
