Hello,

I am running a two-level LGM with a continuous distal outcome at the between level (see between model code below). My question relates to the regression of the the distal outcome on the between level predictors. I've plotted the predicted values for y_dist (as a function of ib) but I'd like to also calculate the confidence interval (for a mean of observations) for the regression line. Can you suggest a method for producing the confidence interval for this regression line?

%BETWEEN%
ib sb | y1@0 y2@1 y3@2 y4@3;
y1@0; y2@0; y3@0; y4@0;

ib sb on
w1 w2;

y_dist on
ib sb w1 w2;

Thank you.

I think you can use MODEL CONSTRAINT to define the predicted y_dist and obtain a standard error in that way.
