I ran a censored regression with observed variables, not latent variables. Given this, what is the difference between the "std" and the "stdYX" columns in the model results?

It is the same as with continuous variables. See the description of these two standardizations in either the technical appendices or the description of the output at the beginning of Chapter 11.
