hello!
I'm working on a simulation and would like to use data I already have to generate parameter estimates. My model is a LGM with categorical variables including three thresholds. I ran the model and saved the data using the estimates option and was instructed to use parameterization = Theta, which I did. When I try to run the model using that data, I am told I have too much data in my saved file. Can you suggest what I should do to remedy this issue?

Use instead the SVALUES option of the OUTPUT command which gives you input statements with the estimates and starting values.

OK, that's what I thought. Thanks
