It's less popular than logit model but has some desirable features that logit model does not. Version 2 does not seem to support it.

Version 3.0 will not have this, but if enough users show an interest, we will put it on our future's list.

The real advantage of cloglog model is that it is discrete-time equivalent of the widely used Cox proportional hazard model. Since Mplus does not estimate continuous-time survival models, including cloglog link will be a big plus, in my personal opinion.
