I'm a bit confused and would appreciate some help. I'm trying to conduct a two-group logistic regression analysis with an ordinal outcome variable having 3-levels. I thought the output would provide logistic regression log odds/odds ratios coefficients but it doesn't (see syntax below). Is there a way to obtain the log odds/odds ratios? I'm using Mplus ver 5. Thanks very much for the time and help. VARIABLE: Names = grptype y var1 var2 var3 var4 var5; Usevariables = grptype y var1 var2 var3 var4 var5; Categorical = y; Grouping = grptype (0=2yr 1=4yr); Missing = .; ANALYSIS: Type = mgroup; Model: y on var1 var2 var3 var4 var5; OUTPUT: sampstat; |

We give odds ratios only for binary outcomes. You would need to compute them yourself for ordinal outcomes. |
