I attempted to run a zero-inflated Poisson model. I did not get any error messages but the output seemed questionable because of the Chi-square to degrees of freedom ratio. I am not sure what to do next.

Chi-Square Test of Model Fit for the Count Outcomes

Pearson Chi-Square Value 2197.522
Degrees of Freedom 99924
P-Value 1.0000

You should ignore the chi-square result. It is well known that the asymptotic Pearson Chi-Square test is of poor quality when the degrees of freedom is that large. The model however is fine.
