hi Prof Muthen

I want to use Mplus to analyze a set of binary items (fit IRT type models). Can Mplus read in a format like:
-- Each row lists a response pattern, and the freq
of occurrence for such pattern is listed in the
last column

1 1 1 1 0 1 10 ! 10 subjects have this pattern
0 1 0 1 0 1 15
...

I thought this can save the users some time if
such input format is allowed.

Thanks a lot,

You can use the WEIGHT option setting FREQUENCY to do this.
