Hello,

In a measurement invariance analysis for categorical data I found a violation of metric invariance, ie a difference in factor loadings between two groups.
Is there a way in mplus to calculate an effect size of this difference in factor loadings?
So I can determine how strong this violation of variance between the two groups is.

Thank you,

I don't think this should be investigated statistically. It is a substantive decision.
