Licensed users can obtain product support by emailing or calling Muthén & Muthén. The best way to obtain support for an analysis problem is to email the input setup, data, and output to support@statmodel.com. Current Mplus Updates

Mplus updates are free to users of Mplus Version 3 or above whose Mplus Product Support and Upgrade Contract is still current. To update to the latest version of Mplus, choose the update pertaining to the program you have. For example, if you have Mplus Base Program with Combination Add-On, you only need the Mplus Version 5 Base Program with Combination Add-On Update. You do not need to download any of the other updates.

Mplus 32-bit and 64-bit updates can be found on the update page for each program.

The Mplus Version 5 Editor Update is available for users of Mplus Version 5 who have a problem with the File -> New option in the Mplus Editor.
