Hello,
the UG description of ex3.18 says
"In the MODEL command, the first ON statement describes the linear
regression of y on the moderator m. The second ON statement describes
the linear regression of the moderator m on the covariate x and the
interaction xz."
But shoudln't we expect that m(ediator) is also regressed on z (moderator), so that m is regressed on
x (covariate),
z (moderator),
and the interaction xz?
Why is m not regressed on z?
