Can I use MPLUS to model binary outcomes from a case control study for which I have an offset variable that corrects for the sampling strategy? I can use the offset variable in SAS proc logistics, but I am not sure if I can use MPLUS modeling of the outcome (CASE vs CONTROL)AND incorporate the offset variable where offset =ln(PCASE/PCONTROL).

| Mplus does not offer an offset so I don't think this can be done in Mplus. I assume the offset gets you the correct intercept - perhaps this can instead be done as an adjustment after the estimation? |
