How can we obtain in the output the omnibus test of predictors of latent class,in a latent class with covariates analysis (r3step)?

You would have to use the manual 3 step approach ( see Section 3 in http://www.statmodel.com/download/3stepOct28.pdf)
in combination with the Model test command (see User's Guide) to construct the test you want.
