Hi all,

I have a variable which, for some individuals, takes a given value a* when in fact it represents the variable taking values between two other values, in an interval a1->a2. I want to perform a latent class model for this variable, but, as far as I have found, if I'm not wrong CENSORED only allows for right or left censoring, not interval-censoring. Starting by the simplest, would it be possible with MPlus to adjust some kind of interval-censored Tobit? If it is possible, then I think it would be easy to adapt that in a latent class model. Thanks in advance.

No, Mplus can only handle censoring at one end.
