Would anyone be able to share exactly how missing data are handled when running a simple LCA? It seems to be implied that listwise deletion is used to remove any cases with any missing data, but when using the savedata feature, classification probabilities are generated for all cases, including those with missing data. I'm doing a simple LCA with a missing data flag (MISSING ARE ALL) but no special missing data commands. |

The default in Mplus is to use all available data not listwise deletion. See the Little and Rubin reference in the user's guide. |
