There appears to be a bug in Mplus.

When performing latent class regression analysis, Mplus will (very helpfully) present the regression results for when each of the latent classes is used as the reference class.

However, it appears that the order in which the coefficients for the predictor variables are presented can vary, depending on which portion of the output is consulted (i.e., depending on which of the latent classes is used as the reference class).

I just wanted you to know.

This would not affect the results. If you see this in Version 6.12, please send the output to support@statmodel.com.
