Is there a way to change the number of significant digits printed on the output from Mplus?

No. But you can save your results by using the SAVEDATA command. The results are saved using scientific notation which gives you more significnat digits.

Which command under SAVEDATA should I be using? I tried RESULTS, but it contains only figures, and I do not know which is what.

The results file does not contain figures. Please send the output and saved data file along with your license number to support@statmodel.com.
