Dear Muthen,

I need your advise.
My dataset is kind of.....

Ex) Family ID 1 : Sub ID 1,2,3,4 and then each Sub ID have 4~ 5 time disorder binary response.

So, Sub ID and Family Id have a corrlation and each time have corrlation...and we don't want to change the binary response variable.Just use the 0 or 1.

In this case, which moder is the best? I can't hand it. Could you give me your comment?

It sounds like you have clustered data. Clustered data can be handled in two ways. These options are described in the introduction to Chapter 9 of the Mplus User's Guide.
