I'm trying to use LONGTOWIDE to move data where I have a line of data per time point per person to a setup where I have one line per person. Will this procedure work when every person is not measured at every time point? I ask because it keeps telling me that the number of observations is zero. My syntax is:

DATA LONGTOWIDE:
LONG = capi;
WIDE = capi1-capi72;
IDVARIABLE = Pat_no;

It will work in this case. Do you have 72 repeated measures on each person? You don't use the REPETITION option.
