| NGROUPS option with MC simulation |

Hi Bengt/Linda
I am attempting to perform some power-calcs for an interaction model with two binary covariates and a binary outcome (logistic).
The output tells me
*** ERROR in ANALYSIS command
ALGORITHM=INTEGRATION is not available for multiple group analysis.
Try using the NGROUPS option with TYPE=MIXTURE.
However the manual says
"The NGROUPS option is not available for TYPE=MIXTURE."
Please can you advise? Is the error incorrect, or the manual? Or is this a sign I should stop for the day?

it's version 8
but the manual i was referring to is version 7 so perhaps that's the reason?
The time has now passed so I don't need to fit this model now, but I can send my code if you need to sort this. |
