I'm not sure I understand correctly how to interpret standardized results from a path analysis with categorical variables. The estimator is WLSMV (the program said I could only use ML for a monte carlo sim).
Is the interpretation of the STDYX estimates still related to a 1 s.d. increase in the x variable vs. a 1 s.d. increase in the y variable?

I think you misunderstood the message. I think it said you need INTEGRATION=MONTECARLO; for your analysis. It sounds like you have missing data on your mediator.

For WLSMV, StdYX is the change in u* in standard deviation units for a one standard deviation unit of x.
