Dear Dr. Muthen,

I'm using the Mplus Base Combination version. Does this program allow me to do second order EFA? I'm working on my PhD dissertation and searching for how to do second order EFA. Any resources and comments would be much appreciated.

Mplus does not estimate a second-order EFA. It can estimate a bi-factor EFA.
