One or more variables have a variance of zero.
Ster is the latent variable of outcome event. Ster1-ster54 are 54 months indicators of the event. It is very common that in a specific time interval, no event occurs to anyone. Then this produces a zero variance variable.
Anyone knows how to fix it?

| I think you want to collapse time intervals so that you have some events in each. |
