I want to export the estimates of the model in order to calculate the total effects under Stata, but is there a simple mean to stock these estimates?

You can save analysis results by using the SAVEDATA command and the FILE (RESULTS) option. See page 91 of the Mplus User's Guide.

Dear Linda,
I’ve used the RESULTS ARE myresults.dat option. However, in the myresults.dat file the original output columns have changed into rows and vice versa. Fit criteria are scattered. It looks a bit confusing. What's the mistake? Any help is appreciated.

Look at the end of the output where it shows what is saved and the format. If this does not help you understand what is saved, please send the output and saved results along with your license number to support@statmodel.com and I will explain it.

Hello Linda,

Thanks for reply! Can I do it simply by using save data command? I read this option wasn't avaiable before, how does it work in new M-plus version?

Kindly,
Jazgul

This option has always been available for ESEM. If you are having a problem, send the output and your license number to support@statmodel.com.

In monte carlo analysis with external data, can I save log-likelihoods for each sample?

You can use the RESULTS option of the SAVEDATA command with TYPE=MONTECARLO to save the results.

Thanks, exactly what I missed!
