Sorry the previous post was incomplete, so again:

I have made a path model, in which all the (standardized) coefficients are significant, p < .05. The coefficients range from .13 to .47. How do I judge the practical significance of these sizes? I've seen a study in which they put it at > .15 but also a book on mra which puts it at >.30 to speak of practical significance. I can't find any good documentation on the theory behind this

In my opinion, practical significance depends on what is being measured and what the researcher believes is an important change not an absolute value.
