Hello,
I wanted to ask if it is possible to do multilevel analyses in mplus with several dependent variables at the same time?
We ran the analyses, and everything went okay (we got the right number of ICCs and nice estimates), but is this theoretically supported?
Our syntax was something like this (we are mainly interested in within-estimates)...

%within%
y1 on x1 x2;
y2 on x1 x2;

%between%
y1;
y2;

Thank you for the information and sorry if this information was posted elsewhere already!

Yes, this is possible. See Examples 9.3, 9.4, and 9.5. If y1 and y1 are not correlated as the default, add y1 WITH y2 to the MODEL command.
