Hi all,

I have some subjects in my dataset with multiple measurements, and I'm running a CFA model including several moderators/covariates, but I'm not interested in longitudinal modelling per se. The main reason I'm running this model is to calculate factor scores for each measurement, so I can use those in an Mx script. Is there a way to correct for having multiple measurements for the same individual? I am already using the CLUSTER option to correct for relatedness, since I also have family members in the dataset.

Nonindependence of observations due to multiple measurements is handled by multivariate analysis. Nonindependence of observations due to sampling is handled by using TYPE=COMPLEX or TWOLEVEL.
