Although widely used, the coefficient alpha has been criticized as an unsatisfactory index of scale reliability. An alternative that has been proposed is composite reliability estimation using covariance structure analysis (e.g., Raykov, 2001).
Is there a way to estimate composite reliability in Mplus?
Any assistance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
