Would be grateful for your advice. My syntax is: TITLE: bpd-npd DATA: FILE IS test.dat; VARIABLE: NAMES ARE id PDexp PDdich pddiag age gender cs1 cs3 cs5 cs7 cs8 cs9 ; USEVARIABLES cs3 cs7 cs8 cs9 ; MISSING ARE all (-1); CATEGORICAL cs3 cs7 cs8 cs9 ; ANALYSIS: TYPE = missing h1; MODEL: f1 BY cs3 cs7 ; f2 BY cs8 cs9 ; OUTPUT: standardized; modindices; which results in the following warnings: *** WARNING in ANALYSIS command Starting with Version 5, TYPE=MISSING is the default for all analyses. To obtain listwise deletion, use LISTWISE=ON in the DATA command. *** WARNING in ANALYSIS command Starting with Version 5, TYPE=H1 is the default for all analyses with missing data. To turn off the estimation of the H1 model and the computation of chi-square, use NOCHISQUARE in the OUTPUT command. *** ERROR Unexpected end of file reached in data file. I have coded Missing values as -1 and my cs variables are categorical. How can I correct the command? thanking you in advance Ioanna |

You may have blanks in your data set causing the data to be misread. If this is not the case, send the input, data, output, and your license number to support@statmodel.com. |
