Hi, I've been trying to run an SEM, but get the following error message: *** ERROR The number of observations is 0. Check your data and format statement. Data file: mat.smoking_offspring_BW_BP.dat - I've checked my dataset and it looks fine (both the dat file and in Stata) - What does the 'format' statement refer to? Thanks & regards, /Amal. |

If your data are in fixed format, you need a format statement. See the FORMAT option. Please send the output, data, and your license number to support@statmodel.com. |

You can find out which parameter 25 is by looking at TECH1. The condition number is related to identification. |
