Hi,

I am doing a monte carlo simulation, in which I generated 500 samples and analyzed them in Mplus. I used the REPSAVE=, SAVE=, and RESULTS= option to save all the generated data and analysis results for each sample. However, I need the model implied covariance matrix for EACH sample for further analysis. I tried the RUNALL utility but could not figure out how to save the model implied covariance matrix for each sample (the output only gives the model implied covariance matrix for the last sample). Is there a way in Mplus to get what I want ? Thanks.

There is no way to save this for each replication.
