Hello 1. Are exogenous covariates correlated by default in MIMIC models (e.g. User Guide 7, Example 5.8)? 2. If they are, do they show up in the outputs? |

The model is estimated conditioned on the observed exogenous covariates. Their means, variances, and covariances are not model parameters so they will not show up in the output. You can find their values by doing TYPE=BASIC. They are not fixed at zero for model estimation. |
