Hi. I'm doing a multiple group comparison for path analysis with a correlation matrix, but both groups (gender: male and female) have the data in the same matrix like this: -- 0.20 0.10 -0.17 -0.08 0.15 0.04 -- 0.39 0.06 -0.40 0.45 -0.04 0.38 -- 0.14 0.05 0.11 0.08 -0.01 0.17 -- 0.07 -0.06 -0.11 -0.21 0.03 0.20 -- -0.44 0.00 0.30 0.14 -0.08 -0.24 -- where the data above the diagonal is male's correlation and the data below it is female's correlation. The sample size for male and female is 273 and 380 respectively. Is this what you guys call a pooled correlation matrix? (I'm not sure.) How can I use Mplus to read this data? I tried a piece of syntax with reference to Cheung on the discussion board. I don't know whether it's right for this: DATA: FILE = test.cov; NGROUPS = 2; TYPE IS CORRELATION; NOBSERVATIONS = 273 380; VARIABLE: NAMES ARE X1-X6; USEVAR ARE ALL; MODEL: … Thanks in advance! |
