Hello, I used Mplus for the same data set two times. First, I just chose the BASIC option. Here I got the same mean and variances also given by SPSS. Next time I computed a model and chose as output option the SAMPSTAT option. Again the correct means were given but the variances were not the same. What is the reason for this? Best Christopher |

They should be the same. I would have to see the two outputs and your license number at support@statmodel.com to answer your question. |
