Hello, I have a significant interaction between two observed variables. The dependent variable in the model is a latent variable. I would like to know the variance of the intercept for the model, as well as the covariance of the intercept with some of the other variables in the model. The Mplus output seems to provide only the intercepts of the indicators of the DV, but not the intercept of the actual latent variable DV. Is there any way to obtain a covariance matrix that includes the covariances of the DV factor's intercept with other variables in the model? Thank you! |

In a single-group, cross-sectional model, the intercept of the latent variable is fixed at zero. It is not random as in a growth model. |
