I understand there is a command that allows to use FIML and not delete the cases with missing data on independent variables.

What is that command? I wasn't able to find it in the manual. Thank you.

There is no command. You simply include the variances of the independent variables in the MODEL command.

I thought there was something along the lines;

A-B*;

where A and B are the first and the last variable in the USEVARIABLE list.

I am not sure what I need to do to keep all my cases in. I'm new to MPlus and I don't know what u mean by including the variances of the independent variables in the MODEL command. Could you please advise? Thank you.

A-B*;

does refer to freeing/including the variances for variables A-B.

If some of the variable are categorical, there are better alternatives - see recent Craig Enders posting.
