so if i have two groups i am using in a group analysis, and i want to know if two variables are statistically the same, i can do the MODEL TEST command, and i know that, my question is can we ask it for more than one comparison in the output and do them individually, like if i want to test if a=b, then if c=d, can i have it test the first one, then test the second?

All specifications in MODEL TEST are tested simultaneously. You would need to rerun the analysis several times if you want to test single specifications.

so when we do this test, if the Wald test is significant, and i say p1=p2, if its significant does that mean they are the same or they are different?

For the Wald test,

H0: p1 = p2;
H1: p1 NE p2;

If the p-value is less than .05, reject H0 and conclude p1 is not equal to p2.
