Is it possible to save parameter estimates of each matrix (Psi, Tau etc.) in separate files (Psi.txt Tau.txt etc)?

No, this is not possible. You can save all of the results of an analysis in one file using SAVEDATA FILE (RESULTS).

How do I save the the number of observations for groups that appear in the analysis output into a file.
Thanks

There is no option to do that.

Dear Dr. Muthen,
When I use SAVEDATA: FILE IS haooutput.sav;
SAVE IS FSCORES;
ESTIMATES = test.dat;

I have those files but not variable names.
Do you have any way to have variable names for those estimates? If not, how I know what are they?
Also, does Mplus have option to save the complete data, for example including ID of subjects?
Thank you
Hao

When you save data, a summary of what is saved and the format is given at the end of the output. See the IDVARIABLE option of the VARIABLE command for saving the ID variable. If the full data set is not used in the analysis, you can put the rest of the variables on the AUXILIARY list and they will be saved.
