Hi. I am running a random slopes model in which I am looking at whether there are correlations between the slopes in my model, and other variables. When I use the savedata function to look more closely at the slopes, I am given sample stats that include the covariances and correlations between the slopes. Given that a single score is given for each, does this mean that these relationships are already accounted for at the between person level? What I am trying to decide is whether I need to include terms to control for these at the between person level.

You want to have WITH statements on Between for all random effects (intercepts and slopes). If they don't show up in the output, add them.

Thank you :-)
