Hello,

I have multilevel data, an nominal outcome and want to use more than two random slopes. I get the following error message:

THERE IS NOT ENOUGH MEMORY SPACE TO RUN Mplus ON THE CURRENT
INPUT FILE. THE ANALYSIS REQUIRES 4 DIMENSIONS OF INTEGRATION RESULTING
IN A TOTAL OF 0.50625E+05 INTEGRATION POINTS. THIS MAY BE THE CAUSE
OF THE MEMORY SHORTAGE. YOU CAN TRY TO FREE UP SOME MEMORY BY CLOSING
OTHER APPLICATIONS THAT ARE CURRENTLY RUNNING. NOTE THAT THE MODEL MAY
REQUIRE MORE MEMORY THAN ALLOWED BY THE OPERATING SYSTEM.
REFER TO SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS AT www.statmodel.com FOR MORE
INFORMATION ABOUT THIS LIMIT.

I have Mplus 5.21 on 32 bit system. I could use less integration points to get the model work.

My question is: when I upgrade my system on 64 bit and use mplus with 64 bit, is it possible to run such models without reducing integration points?

Thank you

Daniel

This would help because more memory is available per analysis with 64-bit.
