| Can factor score determinacies be used to establish discriminant validty. For example 3 LVs score .91, .95 and .97. They exhibit convergent validity, can these scores be used to assess discriminant validty also. |

| I think a factor score determinacy should be viewed as a statement about the precision of the factor score estimates - i.e. having to do with the SE of an individual's estimated score on a factor. I may be overlooking something, but don't see that that would relate to discriminant validity. |
