[Q1]In Mplus, is it possible the 4-level modeling in multilevel terms and [Q2] to estimate parameter, for we have almost 75% missing dataset?

[Q3]In this case, this structure is 4 level model or not in Mplus?

*Cluster: Family 1, Family 2,..
*Individual: [Subject 1 Subject 2]-> Family 1
[Subject 1 Subject 2 Sbujce 3]->family2
*Time point: 1,2,3..

To consider the partent status or mother statust, etc.
So, in this case, variable is an individual-level or one more cluster case?

Could you tell me? I will use the Mplus.

Mplus can have two levels for cross-sectional data and three levlels for growth models where the repeated measure is one level.

To me, your model looks like three levels -- subject within family over time. Maybe I am missing something. This model could be estimated using Mplus.

I'm not sure what you mean by parent or mother status. Do you mean as a covariate?
