Hi Linda I have created spaghetti plots which show individual variation in a variable which is designed to measure stable individual differences. There is no mean level change and an LGM confirmed an intercept only model. Based on the spaghetti plots it would appear that there may be different classes of individual variation. Would it make any sense to use a Latent Class Growth model to see if there are categories of individual variation in the sample? Does the LCGM use data in wide or long format? Thanks |

You could try a GMM using the wide format. See Example 8.1. |
