I need to do a mediation analysis in the context of a latent growth curve model (LGCM) estimated with missing data. The dependent variable of the mediation analysis is the slope of the LGCM, and hence estimated with missing data. There is no missing data for the independent or mediator variables. Just want to double check if it is possible to perform bootstrapping for estimating the confidence intervals for the indirect/mediated effect in Mplus in this specific context?
(I'm not a licensed Mplus user, but considering buying the license for this purpose.)
