Dear all, I'm interested in calculating composite reliability for latent factors from an ESEM model, but I'm not sure, how to do this. Referring to Raykov composite reliability for a set of continuous items is var(true)/[var(true) + var(residual)]. I have often calculated this reliability coefficient in CFA models using Mplus. But what do I have to do when using ESEM? Do I just have to use all factor loadings and their residual variances to calculate reliability? Or is there more I have to consider? Thanks in advance! | I assume your items load on more than one factor, so you could go by the Raykov-Shrout (2002) SEM article. |
