In CFA there is a save = fscores option to obtain factor scores. But the obtained factor scores are standardized. I'm wondering whether I can obtain the unstandardized factor scores.

The factor scores that are saved are not standardized.

Sorry for the delayed reply.
The variables that I use are categorical variables from 1 to 5, but the factor scores that I obtained all have a mean close to zero. Doesn't this mean the factor scores are standardized?

No, this does not mean the factor scores are standardized. Factor mean estimates are fixed at zero in cross-sectional studies. The distribution of factor scores given the data uses the prior that the mean of the factor is zero. The posterior distribution may not have the mean at exactly zero.
