Hello,

I am attempting to save factor scores from a CFA. When I run the model with the statements I have successfully used in the past, the program does not respond (e.g., the black box will come up for a second and then disappear, and the input statement screen will remain in view; no output statement is generated; a file that should have contained the fscores is saved but contains no information). The analyses run fine without the statements to save the fscores. I don't know why this may be happening. The dataset is large, containing over 16,400 participants; could this be an issue?

Please let me know if you can help!

Thanks,
William

Some of the options for saving factor scores have changed in Version 7. See the SAVEDATA command in the current user's guide. If this does not help, send the f iles and your license number to support@statmodel.com.
